At Nirmal Agro Foods, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality food products in perfect condition. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Customers may cancel their order before it is dispatched.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately with your order details.
  • A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, returns/replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

  • Damaged or leaking products
  • Expired products
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Packaging tampered before delivery

Conditions for Return Request

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customer must provide photo/video proof clearly showing the issue
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Approved cancellation before dispatch
  • Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • Non-delivery of the order due to logistics failure

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated after verification
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

4. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability
  • Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

5. Non-Eligible Cases for Refund/Return

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect storage or mishandling by the customer
  • Minor variations in taste, color, or texture (natural in food products)
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics beyond our control

6. Order Failure / Payment Issues

  • If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days
  • For failed transactions, please contact our support team
