1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- Customers may cancel their order before
it is dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us immediately with your order
details.
- A full refund will be processed for prepaid
orders.
After Dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped,
cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable and
consumable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns.
However, returns/replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

- Packaging tampered before delivery

delivery

6. Order Failure / Payment Issues
- If payment is deducted but order is not
confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7
business days
